Clients must book a minimum of 3 hours per charter. A deposit of $500 is needed upfront in order to secure a requested date and verify availability of a captain. $100 of the deposit will go to securing the captain. The remaining balance of the charter is due a minimum of 2 days prior to the booking. The remaining balance due to the captain is paid in cash directly to the captain upon arrival and prior to departure of the charter. If a charter is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to departure, the deposit will be forfeited. Clients can request a charter a minimum of 1 day prior, however captain availability is severely limited and cannot be guaranteed. Realistically a 2 week request in advance is ideal in order to lock in an available captain. In the event of any damages to the yacht and/or any cleaning is needed beyond general cleaning and sanitation, the customer is aware and agrees that the card on file will be charged a fee. The fee can range from $100-$500 dependent on services needed. Repair fees are subject to cost of replacement and labor.
